Cooking thanksgiving turkey in little Honolulu Kitchen

This is our first Thanksgiving in Hawaii. WE bought a 18lb turkey for just $5.97..WOW. Although it was only the two of us we had to have a turkey to celebrate,so we invited the managers of our apartment complex to join us for dinner..we had a very nice meal.
